Jenny Nash

Vocal Physiotherapist & Creative Ally

Founder of Create Physiotherapy

Jenny Nash is a vocal physiotherapist and singer working at the intersection of voice and body, driven by science and informed by experience. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy, with a strong focus on anatomy, biomechanics, and their influence on vocal function and performance.

Jenny has been working in the area of voice for more than thirteen years and honed her craft in the heart of London’s entertainment industry. During her ten-year tenure in London’s leading performing arts clinic, she worked as a clinician and educator in both voice and injury management for London’s West End theatre scene, Opera Houses, music recording industry and performing arts colleges. She also served as lead clinician for the BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ becoming adept at managing and supporting individuals in high level performance settings, navigating the complex physical and social demands of the industry with empathy and advocacy.

At Create Physiotherapy, Jenny specialises in treating voice users — from professional singers and actors, to teachers and other high vocal demand professions — with a focus on laryngeal mobility, posture, breath coordination, and musculoskeletal support for vocal function and performance.

Blending clinical expertise with lived creative experience, she helps performers reconnect with their physical instrument, prevent injury, and optimise their craft — all within a supportive, holistic framework.

When she’s not in clinic, you’ll likely find her at the piano, practising and slowly honing her own vocal technique, exploring where anatomy and artistry meet.
